West Texas
What’s it like to live in Fabens West Texas?
I am looking at buying some land in West Texas and wanted to know if anyone has any experience living there within the last 5 years? And if so, what was your experience like? Why did you leave the area? Would you move back or nearby? What are your pro’s and con’s for Fabens and the surrounding area?
I agree with mmuscs’s answer but will add that along with land being cheap, the property taxes, by Texas’ standards anyway, are also fairly reasonable.
